Cherwell Dial a Ride

This is a service for the elderly or those with a mobility disability to take them into Banbury and home again.  Full details can be found at

“From 1st April 2011 Oxfordshire County Council have decided that all services within Oxfordshire, including those for the mobility impaired such as BCTA, will be free of charge for residents of the County who are sixty years of age or over and who possess a National Bus Pass issued by one of the local Authorities in Oxfordshire. BCTA operate a Dial-a-Ride door-to-door community transport service throughout the Cherwell District Council area and the Parish of Wroxton is included in this service. The service will operate in the area on Monday to Thursday and should be booked the previous day between 9.00 to 12.00 noon by ringing 01295 263777.”
